Job Description
Civil Engineer
The Civil Engineer will manage planning and engineering of land development projects from feasibility study through to final construction plan approval and project completion.
Specific Job Duties
- Manage land use planning projects
- Design and develop preliminary plat and site plan applications
- Design land development plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Calculate earthwork volumes, prepare storm drainage calculations, technical specifications, construction cost estimates and other supporting documentation for completion of construction documents.
- Provide construction support engineering.
- Prepare written communication to client and agencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of civil engineering and land use planning experience
- Familiarity with development regulations and codes
- Working Knowledge of Civil 3d
- Experience in Stormwater Modeling and design is desired
- Education/Certification Requirements
- BSCE
- EIT
