Retained by the developers of this three phase, 147-lot subdivision, Hayward Uskoski & Associates (HUA) was charged with designing site infrastructure construction plans. The HUA team initially tackled the challenge of grading the site to provide flat lots for a production builder. In addition, the team designed the streets, sewers, stormwater controls and water lines for the subdivision and coordinated with the power and gas utilities. To further the progress of the project, the Hayward Uskoski & Associates team coordinated the approval process between multiple government agencies and jurisdictions to receive final approval on the plans and is currently monitoring the construction process.
