A 30-year industry veteran, Trevor has personal experience in every aspect of the development process and has provided engineering and development solutions to large corporations as well as private developers in both public and private sector projects throughout Washington and Oregon.  

Trevor has directed integrated teams of engineers, environmental consultants, and attorneys to permit major land use projects. He has also successfully defended opponent appeals of approved projects, and was equally successful appealing unfavorable city agency decisions for clients in various projects.

As a property owner and investor, he has developed multiple residential projects of his own, from inception to completion. These experiences give him a unique perspective and understanding of the development process.

In addition to his client work, Trevor served on the City of Vancouver’s Planning Commission from 2005-2006.  He is a graduate of the University of Portland.
