Valerie has more than 13 years of experience providing land use planning and civil engineering services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout the western United States.
From large-scale industrial projects to small residential short plats, Valerie’s depth of experience and proven project management skills allow her to ensure projects proceed smoothly from inception to completion. Valerie applies practical, well-developed approaches to clients’ engineering and environmental concerns, with a conscious eye on cost considerations. Valerie is also a dedicated client advocate who is passionate about asserting and defending client’s property rights.
A graduate of Washington State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Valerie served on the Clark County Planning Commission from 2009-2015. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers.
